Hi
So I'm thinking to get a gym membership because I would like to start playing in the weight training area.... Should I just start at the heaviest weight I can lift and go from there??? or should I start with "sisi" 10 and 20lbs to start???
P.S. IN NEED of FEELING SORE!!!!!!!!!

You should do an established beginners routine. You do not have the requisite knowledge to make your own lifting program....doing so will likely result in muscular imbalances and overtrain issues.

Look into programs like New Rules, Starting Strength, Strong Lifts 5x5, etc. Beginners generally have the best results when they are working primarily with the big compound lifts and going full body 3x weekly vs doing a body part split. You don't need a whole bunch of assistance work as a noob...you need exposure to those big compound lifts that are the foundation of any lifting regiment worth it's salt regardless of the direction you choose to go later on.

I'm also an advocate of true strength programs if you are a noob...examples would be SS and SL above...these will give you a solid foundation of functional strength. New Rules is good too, but you're not going to have the kind of strength gains you will with SS and SL...it's more of a general fitness lifting routine...my wife loves it, but she did Starting Strength for quite awhile before going there as she wanted that powerful foundation to build on.

If you are a beginner, I'd say get a trainer to help you...
