STOP THINKING ABOUT FOOD? AHH!

I've found that working out is not the issue in this new healthy lifestyle change, it's definitely the eating. How many eat every 3 to 4 hours? Does this system work and not keep you hungry? Do you set a certain amount of calories for each thing?

Example:
1600 Diet
300 - breakfast
600- lunch
100 - snack
600- dinner
