I like lettuce wraps with shredded chicken in them. You can put some bbq sauce in them. Add whatever kind of veggies you want into it.

I also eat bagel thins (or those sandwich thins, whichever) with sliced turkey and red pepper hummus, again add whichever veggies you like.

Homemade soups are often very low in calories as long as you use a broth/tomato base (cream/roux bases will be higher in calories and fat). I love chicken noodle, split pea (with a ham bone...yeeeesssss), zucchini and leek, potato.

I'm in love... It's pretty cheap about £1.50 a 300g bag of quinoa and bulgar wheat from tesco/asda and you only need a small amount each time (35g uncooked) that's enough for a portion. Off the top of my head its got 70 calories, 11g carb and 3g protein per serving. I then usually mix stuff in with it. Such as broccoli/cherry tomatoes/onions/veg that needs using or even an egg white for pretend egg fried quinoa. I sometimes have it just on its own but it's also easy to throw a couple of chicken breasts or fish with it.. Or I really like the warburton wholemeal thins (100 cals) then I put salad and prawns/chicken on that.. A pretty decent filling and tasty meal for 300 good quality calories.

Or omelettes are a good high protein 'use everything in the fridge up' kind of food.

I also like tesco grilled bacon medallions (all fat is removed and its 65 calories for two) with wholemeal toast and scrambled egg whites.

Or for super speedy lunch soup and crisp bread/Krisp rolls.

First, I have to say, WOW!! Amazing job so far! (I went and peeked at your pictures and you are such an inspiration!)

As far as lunch ideas? I normally do salad, too, but I add grilled chicken. When I'm wanting something different, I use leftovers from earlier in the week or soup. I found a bread by Nature's Own that only has 40 calories per slice so I will do an occasional turkey sandwich.

I like to make a vegetable soup at the weekend and use it throughout the week for lunch.
