Pizza/low carb diet

I am new to this low carb diet and the family is ordering my much loved pizza. Is it safe to just eat the toppings and not the bread? I don't want to ruin my good progress.

While I am not familiar with what constitutes low carb, I know Dominos pizza has a nutrition calculator that will help you figure out their info on each pizza. Guess you can make one to your liking?? Good luck!0

depends on what you mean by "safe" ... is pizza a trigger food for you? will you be able to count the calories of the toppings? what style of low-carb are you doing?0

That should cut out most of the carbs, so you could do it that way. That being said, I do have to ask. If you've already lost 105 lbs (which is beyond fantastic), why are you switching to a low carb diet NOW?0

It really depends on the toppings. The sauces are pretty much guaranteed to have added sugar, and some of the toppings probably will too. Maybe see if they have any salad options, but look out for the dressings.0
