    I am one of those "newish" quiet users and have no real idea what Trogalicious (sp?) means, but I tell you I found these posts helpful...and seriously hilarious!!! :laugh:

    this was an awesome read. got here by looking up whether i should eat back exercise calories. while im still confused about that, that scooby website calculator was aweome, and gave me a number about 500 calories higher than what MFP did. i like that it lets you write exercise a few hours a week but sedentary the rest. thank you for sharing.
