Another TDEE question...(sorry!)

I've visited a number of sites to calculate my TDEE and they are all punching out different numbers. I exercise 5 x a week (3 x weight training and 2 x cardio). Do I still set my activity as moderate (3-5hrs a week) or light as my cardio only consists of about 2 hrs a week?

It's all estimates and averages anyway, why not pick a number in the middle somewhere and just go with that as your TDEE for a couple months and see if your expected loss/maintenance/whatever is on track. If not, adjust it up or down.

I personally have a fitbit, so I just go by what it tells me my average TDEE is from the data it gathers every day.

This exactly. Pick one and go with it. Average the numbers if you want, or find the site/calculator that gives you the opportunity to enter the most info about yourself (height, weight, age, body fat %, etc).

Whichever you choose, go with it for 4-6 weeks and then make adjustments if needed.
