I had a bad breakfast this morning as I was in a rush and had to buy something.

1 bread roll with a slice of cheese (and a small amount of butter)
1 pear

Mid-morning:
1 plain pretzel bread roll

I never normally eat bread (as I have a mild wheat intolerance) and I know i0ll suffer for it later!! I'll have to make up for the bad breakfast at lunch!!!

    1/2 cup grits with butter & 2 slices bacon , oj, and 1 sl. diet toast

    toast with light butter and sugar free peach persv.

    3 slices of extra lean ham (think sandwich meat)

    Wow. I feel like I overindulged at breakfast after reading everyone else's responses.

    I had a cup of black coffee, no sugar or cream
    A fresh spinach/tomato/onion omelette (2 egg-white 1 whole egg)
    2 pieces of double fiber wheat bread with a tablespoon of honey (no butter)
    16 oz. of water
