Calorie goals - to keep muscle while losing fat?

I recently started working out consistently in the gym. Right now, I do 4-5 days of moderate cardio and 2 days of resistance training. My schedule looks like this -
M,W - Zumba class
Tu,Th - Bodypump class + C25k (30 mins jogging/walking program)
F - Light yoga (60 mins) + C25k
My main goal is to lose weight, but I also want to preserve (and increase!) muscle. I'm confused about how many calories I should be eating - I aim for 1300 on most days. Should I be eating more on days I lift ? Is 1300 a good number, just FYI - BMI : 33 (sad face), 5'5", 26 yrs. I also get 12-15 gm extra protein from powders and take a multivitamin, calcium and fish-oil supplement.
