Hi There,
My BMR is 1329 and my TDEE is 2208 so I am eating 1,650 calories a day. I workout every day for 45 minutes of cardio but I just started not netting them. Should I lose at least a pound a week based on this do you think?

Bit less than that I would think. 2208 / 1329 is a fairly high activity level, if you're 2200 is 10% out the actual deficit is only 350.0 -
For a lb a week you need to make a 3500 calorie deficit which is 500 calories a day. If your TDEE is 2200 then about 1700 cals a day should give you the loss you want. Make sure you log accurately and stick to your routing giving you your TDEE. If you take a day off or something you need to adjust to that or else you will take away from your deficit.
Good luck0
