Just wondering if you guys / ladies count your carbs from bananas?

It's a different system. Weight Watchers general sets calories very low and expect people to eat fruit and veggies to make up for that huge deficit to create a more moderate one. In calorie counting, everything counts.0 -
Yes I do. That's kind of like saying I'm counting the bowl of hot chips but not the fat content as it's a vegetable0

I dont count any carbs as I also dont count sugar, sodium etc...0

If you eat it count it. I'm not specificly counting Carbs ...but if I'm eating banana I'm logging it.0
