Rather frustrated and could use some guidance

I have been put on a daily limit plan of 2100 Calorie,150g Protein and 2000mg Sodium. My nutritionist is concerned that even though I am starting to lose some weight that if I don't get enough protein that I will start to lose lean muscle mass. Valid concern but I am having a ROUGH time getting to 150g protein and not going over 2000mg sodium. This seems to compound daily.
This gets a little more difficult now that I am tracking exercise on a bodybugg because it integrates with myfitnesspal and when it does my daily limits go up for everything EXCEPT sodium.
I will talk to her Wednesday about it but any advice in the interim is appreciated. My profile is view-able by all members so if anyone wants to check it and give me ideas to improve I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.
