Hi there

Much of what I eat, I cook myself from scratch. How do you work out the calories?

Sometimes I'm guessing and using prepackaged similar things, but hopefully mine is healthier. But how would I start to work out the calories

For instance, I make chinese chicken with oyser sauce, it includes
stir fried chicken breast, mushrooms, carrots, onions, bell peppers, in a sauce made with oyster sauce (bought), soy sauce, garlic, ginger on a bed of basmati rice

where do I start?

What about homemade bread?

and so on and so on .....
