Lent is a good time to start!

Hi, I'm starting this after years of 'trying' to lose weight with no real commitment. I am now heavier than I have ever been. I'm fed up having nothing to wear and looking fat. I am 53 and 202 pounds. I am a working Mum and find it hard to make the time to exercise and plan my meals. I really want to make this work and would love to have support and camaraderie along the way, not to say a little advice. I am using Lent a s spring board to help me change my habits and hopefully have me looking better and feeling healthier and fitter.

    i am 49, working part time, have 3 kids (20,18,13).
    I started counting carbs and joined a gym in Sept
