SOOO, new to this 'community' online support for weight loss goals thing.
My family history has ALL sorts of overweight, unhealthy people in it. I just crossed over dirty 30 to 31 in Sept. I want to do as much for myself with diet and exercise as possible and still maintain my lovely lady lumps....
I've already dropped 10lbs in the 3 wks before I joined and would like to go another 30lbs. Then just maintain. I dropped 20lbs a few years ago over 3mos with diet changes alone, but I was also battening in a Salsa Club and dancing between making drinks, which is an awesome workout! I also am on week 3 of a 3 month couch to 5k type trainer, so it's gentle, and eases you into it. But I was incorrect in the notion of rest days, and by the last day of the training last wk felt really slow.
I would love to get tips on starting to run, and moreover, tips on exercises that will maintain my T&A! I don't necessarily ever want to be size 2 skinny, and love my curves, at least the ones that are supposed to be there!

I'm excited to be doing it. Motivated by the passing of a friend. She and I talked about doing mud runs. I figured I need to get the running part down first. And if I can do this I feel like I can do darn near anything.0
