    your first post isn't very readable.

    A "cup" isn't the random thing you grab to drink out of, it's a measuring cup with a defined volume = 16 tablespoons.

    I think most food labels are in grams only

    Will food manufacturers be required to list the calories and nutrients per gram or per ounce, since cup size can vary so much? If it's been asked already, sorry I'd just like to know.
