Ways to burn 600 calories?

I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds if it matters. I kind of overdid breakfast ontop of my cheat day yesterday so I want to burn 600 calories at the gym, I'm staying there for two hours by the way. What can I do to burn 600 or more? Like what machines, how long, etc.

Run for an hour and a half.0

This would be about 2 hours rather intense cardio. If you can get into a couple of relatively high impact aerobics classes in a row (and have the stamina to do this), it is your best chance. Otherwise, a combination of treadmill and circuit training.0

You don't really have to burn off the exact number of calories that you went over by. You don't have to exactly cancel out every single extra calorie. Over the course of the next few days and weeks, it will even itself out. The more you overthink it, the harder it gets.0

About an hour and a half of HIITs on the elliptical. I would watch TV on my phone to counteract the boredom.0

My relationship with food and exercise is good but we all mess up sometimes, keep pretending like you've never messed up on your diet. I'm just trying to get back on track0 -

Some things these people haven't suggested are jumping rope or going on the Stairmaster for an hour. I think it's entirely possible to burn 600 calories in an hour, but more realistic to do it in an hour and a half. Personally, I've burned 400 calories in an hour long Spinning class. But like people have said before, there is no reason to freak out about a couple hundred excess calories. Just eat a little less (50 calories under your goal) for a few days and you'll be fine.0

Walk on the treadmill for 60 minutes at 15 incline and speed of 3.8-4.0

At that weight, run 7.31 miles0

I hear HIIT training is much more effective on firing up your metabolism. I'm told it keeps your body burning fat for a much longer amount of time but a shorter amount of time spent in the gym. But My guess would be to do a good strength training session today, since muscle burns fat more effectively.0

I'm in the one day won't hurt you club.
I would just make it a wash. You'll be fine. As long as you don't do that ALL the time, it's all good.0
