Upper Arm Fat, can it be thinned?

Is there any secret to thinning out the upper arms? Especially the fat on the back side (where the tricept is). A healthy waggle seems to be part of my genetics and I'd love to thin it out a bit.

No, I don't think you can spot reduce, but for me personally, my arms are one of the areas where I show improvements the quickest when I lift weights.0
