I am happy with my MFP progress, but I feel myself slumping a bit.
What are your best strategies for "keep the magic alive" during the MFP process?

Set new and interesting goals for yourself. Try and work on something new each week to improve your health. For example, you could set a goal of drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Once you get in the habit of doing this, you can add another goal such as eating at least 2 servings of vegetables, or increasing fiber intake. You can incorporate fitness goals as well. Setting small goals and achieving them can leave you feeling accomplished and keep it challenging as well as interesting.0

I second that response ^ also, you can focus on your macro/micro nutrients if you aren't currently.0
