Hi everyone! This is my second time using my fitness pal the first was last february when I lost 30lbs in over a month almost half way to my goal weight, starting cheating myself more and more until I no longer logged in ever, gained the weight back over the course of the year.
I started fresh again on January 1st hoping this is the year I finally make the change! I am much more motivated as I know I can lose the weight, my diet was pretty bad before, eating out a lot with little work outs (other then going to work, salesman are on there feet all day) I have bought a fitness band and that has been helping a lot with keeping me going, this is the year I change things for the better, I have lost 25lbs so far, and will keep it going!
Anyway I want to add some friends on here I think it will be beneficial for me to lose weight with people and have people to talk too! So anyone feel free to add me for some motivation!

Also how do you add the weight chart at the bottom of all of yours posts?
