Hey! My name is Ronnie and I live in paducah ky 
I have lost 40 pounds in the past two months with diet alone. I had gallbladder surgery January 16, 2014(my first sugery ever) and decided that I was almost 34 years old and it was time to be healthy for once in my life. I started the gym 2 weeks ago and im really looking foward to feeling better...do better at my job and just have a better quality of life. I would love opinions and your guys knowlege. Thanks
