When your body got used to the low carb high protein diet/lifestyle did you start losing weight quicker?

OP, I sincerely think that this thread is not going to end well. Some version of this conversation pops up weekly, and gets divisive on the first page.
With that said, cutting out high starch foods and more sugary fruits eliminates a substantial amount of calories from your potential daily food choices. A low carbohydrate diet is a tool to help you create a calorie deficit provided you are not on the diet for other medical reasons, such as diabetes. As with any other set of dietary choices ultimately, the rate at which you lose will depend on your calorie intake and your calorie burn.
Please don't forget the basics. Track your intake and monitor your burn no matter what dietary preferences you have.0
