Not loosing weight despite of exercise or deficit

Hey guys,
I am pretty disappointed right now. For last two weeks I am not loosing weight but I am gaining .5 pounds /week. i am working out 5 times a week, 2 day strength training and 3 days running. I don't eat my earned calories back. It seems like i cant get below the 150's, I am frustrated. I don't do measurements cuz I don't wanna disappoint myself if I am not loosing any inches. My weight loss for last 3 weeks was 154.2, 155.2, 153.6, 154.8, & now 155.4. I am working hard. Please tell me what i am doing wrong. I do breakfast everyday but sometimes i miss lunch but I do good dinner with veggies and whole grain tortillas.

Current calorie intake 1260 with 1.9 lbs loss/week. (I usually eat between 1250-1370)
Current weight 154
Goal weight 120

It sounds like you are on the right track, however you have a relatively small goal to reach so I would suggest setting your calories so you lose 1lb/week.

You will need to open your diary to get more feedback, there just is not much information here to draw any conclusions from.

Also when did you start your exercise routine?

It doesn't mean you are not losing weight. Perhaps you've gained muscle which of course weighs more than fat. My suggestion to you is to forget the scale for awhile and focus on your measurements and how your clothes feel. Also, change up your workouts. Often, our bodies adapt to them and that's when we plateau

Can't gain muscle on a deficit. The OP is probably just eating more than she thinks.

are you weighing and measuring all your food?

keep in mind that on many things the information in the database needs to be taken with a grain of salt. i frequently find entries that are listed as being far lower calories than what is clearly listed on a package or label.

Your food intake is extremely low. Eat back your exercise calories and I bet you the scale will start moving. Right now you're working out on very little fuel.

Are you sure you are eating proper portion sizes?(Like weighing and measuring)
    How is your Sodium intake?
When was the last time you changed up your exercise routine?
You said you eating between 1200-1300 calories. Is that before or after exercise? If you are netting below 1200 than that is WAY to low.

Try opening up your diary, you may get some more thorough feedback.

    Good luck!

If you are gaining, you are not in a deficit.

I suggest investing in a food scale.

I started my exercise routine in january and i vary my workout. i workout with a group and we do different full body/weight training exercises every day. i have a watch that tracks my calorie burn.

Sorry, but I have to point out that what you say is wrong. You said above " Perhaps you've gained muscle which of course weighs more than fat."
A pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat -- they both weigh one pound.

I think i am eating the same type of food on a majority basis as i did when i was loosing weight 2 weeks ago, infact i ate a few cheat food and my calorie intake was 1500, i changed my weight loss goal to 1.5 lbs a week instead of 1.9 lbs a week. but if i am eaing more then should i go back to eating less/????

This is confusing... I am not afraid of workout. i just wanna loose weight in a healthy way.

But, one pound of fat is roughly the size of a small grapefruit; one pound of muscle is about the size of a tangerine. But that tangerine is active tissue, meaning that it burns more calories at rest than fat does.
