Newbie needing to lose the weight

I am 35, I have crohns, and Yes, I am overweight. Hysterectomy and steroids has caused me to blow up to 215 and I can not take it anymore. This is the biggest that I have been and I want to feel human again. The only problem is my motivation and energy levels are so low. ...I need help. I need a friend that can push me.
