I spend close to 8 hours a day with my butt in a chair well this weekend i started to play mini games on a wii dance workout I bought... It has a "bull ride" that is 2:30 long. you can burn anywhere from 40-45 calories... So I started doing it in my seat here and there and it really works the core the back, and hips. It really helps stretch out your torso and you burn a few calories. I did 2 an hour after lunch to help burn off what I ate for lunch.
