Having trouble finding my ideal macros

I am new to learning about macros, and I have a few questions that Google hasn't been helpful to provide to me.
- If I want to maintain my weight, what should my macros be?
I am 5'6" and 117 lbs, I am either sedentary or lightly active.
I've used a lot of calculators and they are so extremely different, I can't even find a pattern in them.

I personally run 40%P/30%F/30%C when I'm doing a caloric deficit. When I'm doing a surplus/maintaining I try to hit a minimum of 70gF/150gP and fill the rest out with Carbs or more Fat/Proteins. What goals do you have in mind? Just maintaining? Macros are not as important, but do keep in mind the impact of what you eat does to your body composition and general feeling.0
