Looking back at past food choices

I used to be addicted to Popeyes. For kicks I thought I'd check out the nutrition information for my go-to meal... 1150 calories. That's not including the roughly 240 calories I'd use in dipping sauce. Wow!! And it's not like that would be my only meal for the day. That was just lunch.

Anyone else gone back to realize just how bad some of your past food choices were before you started MFP?
