Hi new here

Hi I'm 34 years old, my weight is 180 pounds. I do not like the way I look and I'm very determined to lose weight. I want to lose 50 pounds. I'm just eating less foods but just enough so I'm comfortably full, I eat three meals a day but only one helping and also less junk food, According to my doctor I'm overweight. I want to lose weight because all of my friends are skinny and I feel left out. I always get picked on and I have a couple of names I've been called like "TWINKIE" "BIG GIRL" "DON VITO" and several others.

    Just eating less of your normal foods, as opposed to some weird miracle diet plan, is a very good approach. Just be patient - you can do it.

    Hello there I am back on here again with determination that I will achieve my personal goal for my weight this time. No slacking off like I have done previously :-)

    What you have to remember is that losing weight, toning up, getting fitter should be for yourself not because your friends are skinny and you need to join their club. The mind set is not healthy with that approach. So start by altering your mindset and b remembering you are doing this so you can feel great about yourself and that you love yourself. Being around "skinny" people could act as a motivator in achieving your goal weight provided, you don't allow them to feel bad about yourself.
