Getting more protein as a vegetarian in college.

I've been a vegetarian for 10 years now and I never really had an issue with getting enough protein. Now I'm in my second year of college and I've been working out more than I ever used to. After joining MFP I realized that I don't get as much protein as I probably should. I work out at least five times a week and I drink protein shakes but I'm looking for ideas on how to get more protein while on a crappy college meal plan diet. Any suggestions?

(PS- I'm a strict vegetarian. No meat, no fish.)

What cooking resources do you have access to? Oven, microwave, stove?

Besides protein shakes, I would suggest eggs, nuts, greek yogurt, quinoa and cottage cheese come to mind off the top of my head. Hope this helps :)

Do you do eggs? Eggs are awesome.

Tempeh is awesome. When you make it right it's, in my opinion, the best meat alternative.

Spinach, either cooked or fresh in a salad.
