New Sole Eliptical...need encouragement.

So...just got a Sole eliptical. Lasted for 20 minutes on Cardio Level 5. Anyone who uses an eliptical have to build up to the default 45 minutes?!

I'm going to keep posting my progress to encourage and motivate myself... Pls feel free to motivate me they posts!!!

    It just depends. 20 minutes at any level is an excellent start!

    20 minutes is great. I'm sure you'll be fitter and able to last longer in no time

    You can do this. I did. I am working an elliptical as part of my exercise regimen and it is a great thing. Keep it up. I will. You will, too, I'm hoping. We can both do this. I started on Jan 10 at 202. Today, March 2, I am at 187 and should be at 180 within five weeks. You be sure to eat right, too!

    Start at a lower level to complete the 45 minutes and slowly raise the level. Doing 45 minutes at level zero slowly raising the level is burning and building more than doing a higher level for less time. Just my thoughts. Whatever it takes to keep moving. Good luck!

    :drinker: The first time I got on an Elliptical, I lasted 2 whole minutes! I thought all the people who LOVED the Elliptical were Crazy, LOL!! Now I am able to do 20 minutes or more!

    It is! Just keep at it. Add a couple minutes each day and before you know it youll be at the 45 min mark.
