I recently purchased 2 pkg of cubed steak both 1/2 lb each. I'd really like to use my gorge foreman grill guz the fat drips down into a tray. How will I know when it is Completely cooked? Also does anyone know a sauce/marinade with commonly used Ingredients? Thank you in advanced for whatever help you can give.

No clue but i'm using mine for Vegetable beef stew. Throwing it in the crockpot Thursday before work and when we get home from soccer practice dinner will be waiting. hmmmmm can't wait
  • I cook my cubed steaks on the George Foreman all the time. I put it on high and cook for about 4-5 minutes depending how you like your steak. You can tell they are done just by looking at them, but if you have to cut one open and make sure its cooked.
  • Plus cubed steaks dont have much fat in them, nothing really drips down.

Grill is not good for cube steak - they are pretty tough. I would pick up a Swiss Steak recipe (low cal of course) and get the crock pot out - or slow cook in the oven. Basically you brown and slow braise in a tomato sauce.

Here's a recipe for sirloin, but I'm sure you can use it for any meat:

    Bon Appetit! :drinker: (water)
