crockpot meals...help!

help, how do you calculate a homemade crockpot meal? my mom made one today and she cooks healthy. i know she used lean meat, low sodium mushroom soup and a bunch of veggies. also, its going to go over some rice. maybe do an estimate? tia!

Have you tried calculating it on the recipe feature? That might get you pretty close so you can enter it into your diary.0

track every thing that goes in and add them up. Divide the total volume by the servings you think are in it. That the info per servering.
Best is to make a recipe for it to do all the math for you.0 -
This may not help this time but we have a book "1001 Best Slow Cooker Recipes" by Sue Spitler. They have great recipes and they breakdownt he nutritional value. I just add the rice extra as they have a ton of typical brand names to go on.0
