You know what...

....I've been seeing a LOT of people posting threads where they are really hard on themselves and each other so how about we change that? Because we work hard and dang it, we deserve to stop and smile for a second.

Post one (or multiple) things you've achieved on your journey to a healthier life so far; something you're proud of yourself for!

Then, if you're feeling like paying it forward, say something motivational to the person who commented above you!

I am proud that I have dropped over 20lbs & 2 pant sizes just this year! I am becoming more energetic w/ my son, which is amazing because he is a busy busy toddler. I also feel like I'm learning a lot about nutrition from this site & it has led me to make new goals like eating more raw foods, packing in the veggies, & paying attention to my macros.

Thanks for the positivity post! This is not an easy journey we're on, but it can be a really positive one if we let it!

Congratulations workoutgrl87 on your races. Best of luck to you in training for and conquering The Beast.

It's taken me a year and a half, but I can run 26 minutes without stopping. If I stay on track, I'll be running a full 30 minutes by the first day of Spring.
