I saw someone on here the other day mention this as a sweetener for things like sweet tea and such. They said that you don't need as much of it as with sugar/artificial sweeteners. Does anyone know the equivalents for this? Like if you 'normally' used a cup of sugar for a big pitcher of tea, how much of this would you use?
I got some today as I want to start making decaf sweet tea to try to lower my diet caff free colas but not sure how much to put in. I also like that it has a low glycemic index as I'm thinking that I'm hypoglycemic now more than ever.
Thoughts/comments/suggestions????
