A little more advance sure, dragon flies are usually done on a bench, but you can use any flat surface (check youtube vids for reference). L-sits are probably my fav's, you can do theses from the floor, with just holding your hands, or dumbbells. Also, you can do them hanging (tougher) and also, using calisthenics bars. Toes to bar is pretty much leg raises hanging and bringing your feet to your hands. Front lever is done with a bar as well and i'm still progressing on theses.

Started Fitness Blender's HIIT cardio/Abd 30 min workout. Free on you tube. LOVE it. The best part is in 30 min you burn 350 calories. I usually add 20-25 min treadmill walking at an incline and burn another 200 cal. Good luck and get ready for an intense workout. No equipment needed.

    Enjoy!

Pike rollouts as shown here: These are killer! Aim for 3 sets of 8.

Planks - standard and side. Try elevated planks for a greater challenge. Put your feet on the bench and rest your forearms on a Swiss ball. Hold all planks for at least 1 minute. Increase your time as you grow stronger.

Mountain Climbers, Cross-body Mountain Climbers - bring your knee to opposite elbow, repeat with other knee

Any single leg exercise will work your core. Try dumbbell single-leg Romanian deadlifts
