Hey! ^^
So, I usually don't have a problem with maintaining calories, but I'm really trying to drink a lot more water! It helps me lose weight because its like making your body into a well- oiled machine,
BUT
I'm having the hardest time finding low sodium foods.... Pasta is low in sodium, but the calories and carbs add up quick.
Sodium + Lots of water = unwanted gained water weight
Any help or advice?

Hey there , Yes I know what you mean about pasta, I do love it but it is very calories dense, however I found that whole wheat pasta is a lot more satisfying in smaller portions than regular pasta because of the additional fibre content, another good choice is brown rice.
I used to have pasta or rice as the main part of a meal but it's easier to view it as half of the meal instead and use the other half on some protein/fat + veggies, that way you will feel fuller and won't have to use up so many carbs
Honestly I think the more you log foods , the more you will realise what is generally low in sodium and will keep you satisfied, it's all about trial and error really and you should find the foods that you enjoy
ps. generally less processed foods will have less sodium
(my diary is open and I never really exceed the sodium limit without trying really)0
