Exercise while having DOMS?

Is it ok to exercise while your body is still relatively stiff and sore after a workout?

I started a new circuit training workout 2 days ago but am still a bit stiff and sore. I would like to do some simple cardio and lifts today. Am I ok to do this or will I risk injury?

    Should be fine. As long as it's soreness and not pain =)

    and you will probably feel a lot better after your workout and a good stretch.
