Day 1 Fit Test Results:
Switch Kicks- 43
Power Jacks- 48
Power Knees- 82
Power Jumps- 56
Globe Jumps- 09
Suicide Jumps- 10
Push-up Jacks- 15
Low Plank Oblique- 50
After completing Focus T25 I, atleast, had the stamina to push throughout the workout. It was a crazy crazy day already
