Life after NROLFW

I will be finishing NROLFW in the next couple of months and thought I would start planning what the next step will be. To this end, I am wondering what my fellow MFP-ers have chosen after completing this program. I was considering following it with another program (like SS or 5x5), or restarting NROLFW (obviously with heavier weight, etc) but would love some insight.

    After NROLFW I did NROL Supercharged. I'm just finishing that up and plan on going to Simply Shredded next.

    It depends on if you want to keep with the NROL style, go with something with a simpler setup (SL), or go to more of a split routine (tons of things out there, Simply Shredded is an upper/lower 4 day split)

    I'd say that a split program would be good. I'm doing PHUL, which is a strength and esthetics (hypertrophy) routine. So far (been doing it a month), I really like it. :wink:
