Advise for starting over!

Stop compareing our weight loss with (the last time I lost) . Or we beat ourselves up about having to start over.
STOP! Start today and be real about your plan, no starving or only eating unrealistly. Have some real food with a treat or two for the week. Planning is the key. Don 't expect a certain amount of pounds a week off, this will drive you crazy. As long as you are losing weight keep going. A week or two staying the same is normal as long as you are honest you will lose. Finally to put some excuses to rest : I am 52, going threw the change, not exercising, eating beef, dairy, coffee, wine and other things. My reality is portion control and being real about what I am going too eat is what works. Celebrating my weight loss with none food rewards and giving my self some time to get to where I want to be. Keep commingled here for support and advise. Good luck.
