I love the taste of coconut water!!!! Yum!!! But I only have rarely, as a treat because it is not really any better for you vitamin/mineral wise than other "juices" although it is less in calories than others. But I generally try to avoid calories in liquid form except for almond milk, (and beer! but trying to cut back.)
But health wise, no I haven't noticed any special benefits, other than it makes me happy drinking it  If you start drinking it daily and do feel any benefits from it please share!!! I'd love an excuse to drink it more0 -
I really like the plain regular coconut water...the added flavor ones are disgusting......0

It is an outstanding alternative to sport drinks...it is natures "Gatorade." It is loaded with all manner of essential electrolytes and is great for hydrating after an intense workout or endurance event.0

I tried it (pure, NO sugar added or fruit/blend added) it was disgusting. I couldn't finish it.
To each their own!0 -
The small cheap cans from thailand the 100% natural ones are the best tasting, anything in a fancy carton just tastes well um, weird? Thats why they put all these fruit flavours in.0

Harmless Harvest is expensive but by far the most delicious coconut water I have tried. If you see one with a little pink in it, grab it. It is supposed to be better and more fresh than the colorless / white-ish ones. Whole Foods carries a few different sizes.0
