Do I eat my exercise calories as the app is telling me occasionally that I am not eating enough? Thanks ????

If you are using the MFP method, you should be eating your exercise calories back. (at least a portion of them to account for overestimation)0

Yes you should be eating all your calories - goal means GOAL - something to strive for, achieve, reach, not something to fall well short of.
Keep in mind that they daily goal MFP gives you already has you at a deficit, meaning you can eat all your calories every day and you'll lose weight. If you exercise, those burned cals are added back in - eat them back bringing your NET cals at or very near goal and you're still at a deficit.
