Bench pressing with breast implants???????

So, this is a question for the ladies with implants: do you still bench press after getting implants? My surgeon told me not to as it caouls alter the shape of my implants which were placed under the muscle. I see girls with implants at the gym bench pressing heavy weights and their boobs still look great. Confused....."..
