feeling frustrated

I have recently started working out consistantly this past month and keeping track of all my calories on here. I have been honest about it. We are doing a weightloss challenge at my work and everytime i step on the scale here it tells me i am staying the samd. My scale at home is telling me that i am lossing a little at a time. I am so frustrated and feel like i am getting nowhere even though i have put in the effort. According to my scalr i have lost 13 lbs. According to my work scale i have lost 7. Idk. I feel likr my efforts are for not and my coworkers think im crazy when i tell them it is broken. Sigh.

Think about how you weigh yourself at home versus at work. For instance if you wake up, go to the bathroom and then weigh yourself naked you will weigh a lot less than you will at work where you are fully clothed and have probably eaten.0

Also i wait every Monday until after weighin to eat. I know i should be thinking positively it is just very frustrating to think my efforts are going unnoticed.0
