What impact does the above have on feet and exercise? I know that I'm not supposed to eat carbs. My dr. Just told me to loose weight.

Has a dr told you not to eat carbs in general? I have seen this a lot on the internet, but according to my dr it is not true, at least not for all carbs. In general, PCOS does not affect your ability to exercise, the opposite: regular exercise can even completely eliminate all symptoms of PCOS.0

I also have PCOS and have been told eat a low carb diet and get plenty of exercise. I know from my experience that when i exercise I'm less hungry and helps me lose weight than just diet alone.0
