HI I joined fitnesspal 2 weeks ago! I'm 34, 5'2, 138 pounds. I want to lose 18 pounds. Although I'm not very heavy, I have been diagnose with a slight high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Exercises that I do currently, I walk 5km ( 3.8miles ) 3-4 times a week, my pace is 8.4 minutes per km, I do light aerobics 3-4 times a week.
