Setback didn't stop me!

I hurt my leg a week ago - not bad, I strained a ligament. This is the first time since I started counting calories & exercising 6 times a week that I needed to let my leg REST for a few days and I was really worried I'd get off track / lose my motivation.

I was able to keep my calorie count without exercise for 7 days!!!

Whoo hooo! That's all, I went back to the gym today and I'm just super happy my leg is healed and I kept up my new "eating lifestyle" even without the exercising!!

    Thats awesome :) Great dedication - its super hard for me to eat just 1200 thats why I look forward to my exercise so I can eat more! Very proud of ya! keep up the hard work
