Hardest Most Challenging Exercise Ever

For me it is the Burpee. I can do 12-15 in a row then have to stop for several seconds. What is the most difficult or challenging exercise for you?

Agree - burpees. It's the push-up part that kills me (admits to poor upper-body strength here).0

Burpees. My upper body strength is good, my back and knees are not so good.0

You are right on with the burpees. Extremely tough in all aspects. Anything in plank position holds a tight 2nd place for me.0

For me the biggest challenge is pull ups. Took me 6 months to get up to 3 full with no assistance. every time i do them i work toward getting one more in.0

Came across the jumping jack burpee a couple days ago. Will hopefully try it today. Do one burpee, then five jumping jacks, rinse and repeat.0

understood. i think i have only done this a handful of times. i am wimp. i HATE to be cold & wet.0 -
Atomic push-ups on the TRX, although I am making a lot of progress with them.0

Pull ups are hard. Worked my way up to 9 pull ups and 5 chin ups, then pulled a tendon. Had to stop for 6 months. Now starting over from scratch with half pull ups and chin ups.0 -
Not eating the entire pack of chocolates when I get them.0

ouch. yes even getting a half pull up takes time, but its realy rewarding when you get to add more!0
