Good morning everyone! Can I just tell you that I'm not mad that I didn't reach my 60 day goal of 5 lbs. BUT, I managed to lose 4 lbs! That is exciting because a loss is a loss! I am feeling great, I'm down a total of 14 lbs and 18 in. total body, so I can't complain! I have done a lot of self evaluation during the month of February and had some road blocks (aka binges) but I kept going kept meeting my daily goals of logging food and exercise. I want to aim high and put 10 lbs as my goal for March! I'm doing 2 awesome programs that keep me full of energy and continues to push me in the direction I need to go, physically speaking. So I'm running with it!
I'm looking to add some more people to my group to start my Challenge group April 1st! Commitment with no excuses is all I ask. And I get it, I'm a busy mom of 4 and some days I feel like I can't give any more, but i do it anyways and always feel SO much stronger. Falling off 1 day or 2 days isn't failure!! Stick with the formula and you will not lose anything but the unwanted weight and aches and pains associated with that!
Here is to the next 30 days of journey and how ever many more it takes to achieve my Ultimate goal: to be comfortable in my own skin 24-7-365!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much MFP and supporters for EVERYTHING!:flowerforyou:

I finally did it this last weekend!!! I hit my goal weight of 175 lbs. I lost 26 lbs since January 1st. I worked my butt off. When I started a new desk job a couple of years back, the lbs found me and I quickly went over 200 lbs. I coach a travel youth baseball team and was challenged by the kids to get into shape so I did. The question I have now is how do I maintain and also how do I get rid of the saggy skin and the little remaining fat I have around my belly. I know someone out there has the answer. I am on MFP multiple times a day tracking because without it I would not have been able to do what I did. Now I want to help others achieve their goals and give back to the MFP community. Please feel free to add me. I am looking for some fitness pals who will keep me motivated and also keep me accountable so I dont go back to where I was. PLAY BALL !0

O.P.: Congratulations on losing those four pounds. It is good to set goals and to reach for them. It is what keeps us striving. However, I'm glad to know that you did not beat yourself up about not hitting your original goal.
I'm not sure if your goal of losing ten pounds during the month of March is realistic, based on your previous loss rate. It depends on how much you weigh currently and how much of a deficit you are creating. My advice would be that if whatever you are doing now will allow you to consistently lose four pounds every sixty days, then keep doing what you are doing. You've hit on a formula that works for you.
Weight loss doesn't always happen as quickly as we might like. But, if we are consistent and stick with it, slow and steady will get us to our final destination eventually.0
