30 calorie soup

I make a big pot of this soup (or a similar variation of it) every Sunday and have it for lunch all week. Depending on the vegetables you choose, each cup is about 30 calories.
Here's this weeks version:

4 cups vegetable stock
1 bag frozen spinach
1 bag frozen squash
1 bag frozen peppers and onions
8 cups water
Chopped garlic
Salt and pepper

Put it all in a big pot, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for an hour or so.

3 cups of it for lunch and some cucumber and Greek yogurt dip for about 200 calories. And very filling!

I would not eat that soup, because it is not nutritious enough for what I am looking for, which is primarily to get my macros in and then to eat at the kind of deficit that allows me to lose weight the healthy way. I would probably make a more nourishing soup ( with some protein and other things that have a few more calories ) and then I would not have to supplement with cucumbers and dip.
I also see no reason for myself to only eat 200 calories in one meal....even though I am at a 1200 calories-a-day regimen due to age and because I am really short ( not the 5'3" kind of short, but the under 5' kind...lol ).

Sounds good but I would probably add some chicken for protein. And then freeze, I just can't eat the same thing all week long but that's just me.
