    GW: 165-175 It's been a long time since my scale saw a number in that range!

    I'm in my 40's and have four kids. Weight creeps on when you aren't paying attention! I'm working to get it off and get back to higher energy levels and lower blood pressure readings.

    Anyone can add me - having the support sure helps when I get down and inpatient.
